You may return your artwork within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or a free replacement, no questions asked.
How to Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us and let us know you need to return your order, along with your preference for a refund or replacement. We will confirm your request within 24 hours and provide you with a tracking code to ship your artwork back to us.

This allows you to see exactly what your artwork will look like and make any necessary adjustments before we send it to you. As artists ourselves, we are committed to ensuring that your artwork is of the highest quality and meets your expectations.
In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during shipping, we will refund your shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we're confident that you'll be thrilled with your hand-painted artwork, and we're committed to providing you with the best possible customer service.
